May 21, 2015 · I guess all the store reps and managers are clueless about this. So yeah, for some reason in ATT's system the Zenfone 2 does not show as an LTE device, but obviously it is. In the information bar on the Zenfone 2 it will now say 4G. That is actually LTE. The rep in customer service tech support confirmed the LTE speeds also.
They claim that the ZenFone 2 is not compatible with the AT&T LTE network and that they are unable to activate a data plan with LTE support.
