Reveals a target to a group. If toWhom is a unit, unit's group is considered. If toWhom is a vehicle, vehicle commander's group is considered. The knowledge value will be set to the highest level any unit of the revealing side has about the revealed target.

One or more tasks become deadlocked because mutexes were grabbed in the wrong order or weren’t released. A higher priority RTOS task (e.g. a UI task) is using so many CPU cycles that lower priority tasks (like a WiFi task) never get to run preventing sensor data from being published to your cloud service.
When first configuring a hardware watchdog, it’s important to read the fine print in the datasheet about how the peripheral works. The peripheral is vendor specific so even if you are using the same chip family (e.g. an ARM Cortex-M MCU) the behavior of the watchdog peripheral will be different. Nuances in implementations can lead to unexpected issues later on. Let’s walk through a quick list of things to check.
When the watchdog expires, the hardware will immediately reset the system. An interrupt can be enabled which will fire when the watchdog timer is getting close to expiration. In the interrupt handler, the software can decide to “feed” the watchdog to prevent the system from resetting.
Most chip vendors include an isolated RTL block known as a “Watchdog Timer” in a MCU. This peripheral is comprised of a counter which decrements automatically by the hardware each clock cycle. When the count reaches zero, the hardware will automatically reset the device.
Typically, you’ll see one of: The watchdog can be enabled and disabled multiple times and must be configured on each boot. The watchdog can only be configured and enabled once. Once enabled, only certain types of resets (e.g. a “Power on Reset” (POR)) will disable the watchdog).
For some classes of devices, such as a satellite 1, a manual reset is not even possible, making a wedged device a multi-million dollar “brick”.
A less known fact is that most MCU vendors have special configurations that can be used while the system is halted to pause the watchdog timer. That way, if you add a breakpoint and are inspecting code, you don’t have to worry about a watchdog firing. Not all hardware supports this feature however.
Here is a Arma 3 American Civil War mod currently in development. The Staff team is looking for more developers to join and assist with the project. They will take any help and are in need of more modelers, script-writers, texture artist and map makers. They currently are working on custom animations and models for weapons along with uniforms.
So I am using Say3D to play some music for my players during a helicopter ride. However, this coming mission I plan to surprise them by having said helicopter get shot down. I would like the music to stop playing when the helicopter starts to get shot down.
Basically the title. I am using the Support Provider (Bombing run, Virtual) module, and whenever I limit what aircraft can be called, when it spawns in the CAS plane it just drops like a rock, so its spawning in with no fuel or just 0 speed.
I'm trying to have a trigger fire when a custom action I've attached to a laptop using 'addAction' is completed. I've looked for the code, and gotten confused. If anybody can help I'd be really appreciative! :)
Like the title says I've been creating modern day missions with vanilla factions and the unsung ambient noises have been going off in these missions. At this point i cant figure out how to turn them off or make the missions non reliant on the unsung mod so i don't have to have it active when I play them.
As the title says. I have created a trigger designed to play a sound once a player enters the trigger, but I do not want the sound to replay immediately upon re-entering the trigger. As such I am wondering how I could make the trigger repeatable but have a 10 minute cooldown before it can be reactivated again.
I'm wondering if it's possible to prevent players from being able to draw ammo from their backpacks? Is there a way to script this at all? Or is there possibly even a mod that can do this for me?
