Roll attack the tree in town. Check the back wall of the house that is close to the entrance to Death Mountain Trail. Use the slingshot to kill the one on the ladder to the lookout tower. Check the window of the House of Skulltula. Find one on the pile of bricks on the house under construction in the middle of town.

She needs 100 Rupees to gain her power back and to free herself from the plant. Hand over the Rupees and brace for impact, she's coming out. Now there are two main benefits to freeing her. The most important is that she will upgrade your armor with the materials you find in the world.
The first fairy needs 100 Rupees, the second will ask for 500, the third will need 1,000, and the fourth Great Fairy will require a whopping 10,000 rupees! Visit the village, then head for the Kakariko Graveyard south-east on the map.
Go through the gate, speak with the Gorons (the friendly-looking rocks) on your way and go ahead until you reach the red flag. Then follow the path on the right to their village.
Take the different passages to reach the lowest floor. You can also walk on the rope and let yourself fall (ouch!). Stand in front of the ornamented door, play Zelda's Lullaby and get in. Speak with the Chief Darunia and play Saria's Song for him.
