The Black Hood is an accessory you can get late in the game. It's located at the very end of Pitioss Dungeon – you can't miss it. All you need to do is beat the dungeon. To even get there, you'll need the Regalia Type-F flying car.

To unlock the Regalia Type F, you have to clear out three Imperial bases. Two of these are integral to completing the game's main story - so play through them, building up your party's experience and AP which will come in handy for the third base - to receive two key items, the Warped Wings and Unstable Stabliser.Feb 2, 2021
Go back up the stairs and across the moving platform and turn right. Jump left, go below the red spikes and head left. Pass two more red spikes and jump onto the head of the statue. Jump on the ball, press the red button and there will be an animation where the ball slams the head of the another statue.
Go across the pillar and on the top of the elevator press the white button. Pass the spikes and head to the room with a big ball. Go right, and once the wall goes back, head through the passage. Go across the small pit and jump over 2 ledges. Head up and destroy the first red head.
Go up the stairs, and jump across the ledges to the now open doors. Go up at the end of the “moving spikes” room. Jump across, and head through the golden doors. Jump outside from the rotating circle when its about 45 degrees and you will be on the outside of it. Jump over the spikes and onto the moving wall behind.
Head up along the way, and from the moving platform jump in front of the spiked wall. Jump on the platform and wait until you see the stairs. Go left above the spikes, continue along the jumping path and head up. Go between the spikes and jump onto the red circle.
Dungeons can be dark catacombs, burning hot volcanoes, or icy caverns in Final Fantasy XV. Regardless of what they look like, they are typically very rewarding with a major boss at the end of them, and often include a tomb of one of the Royal Arms. Do the first trigger in a corner. Note that these triggers are active randomly, and at the bottom, you will fight a group of enemies, including a Red Giant. It's resistant to everything but holy magic and your armiger. After the battle, take the middle panel back to the top.
Do not step on it. It will take you back to near the beginning. If you do step on it because you want to leave, there will be a white panel much like it just up the stairs that will take you outside. Remember, though, you can only get back in at night.
