Sep 22, 2017 · Delta Shields are a waste of credits, a waste of time, and a waste of brain cells. Delta shields cost 4x the fuel to activate with only 2x the shield strength, compared to Alpha shields. It is much better to use positioning and target changing tactics with Alpha shields until you get to Passive, which is found in Red Star 3 orbs.

I don't activate my shields right away, I go in without shields and when/if they get low, I put my shield on and they almost always heal up to full by the time my shield expires or breaks. You can send your shielded ship in ahead of your other two to give them free salvage as well, and cycle it out for another if the shield is on cooldown.
Mar 03, 2019 · Hades’ Star was a mobile game that got now implemented into Steam because the community wished so. I think that says a lot about this game and the developers. The introductory sentence on steam is that “A unique space strategy game where thousands of players participate in one shared galaxy”.
Stealth is a support module that, when activated, allows you to evade all direct fire from enemy players' ships and Cerberus ships and makes your ship appear slightly transparent . Stealth does not prevent any AOE damage such as rockets or vengeance, and does not prevent damage from the central sector of a Blue Star. Stealth does not make the activating ship invisible and enemy players can still see the ship while the module is active. Cerberus Interceptors will ignore the owner ship while Stealth is active.
Also works in the home star system when clearing newly discovered sectors from Cerberus ships. In this case ships will jump to the closest planet from your shipyard to get repaired.

' ...Aegis, the Shield of Chaos, predecessor to the very Aegis wielded by Lord Zeus and by Athena, his most favored daughter... the Lord of Thunder defended his brothers and sisters using that very shield when, together, they conspired to drive the Titans back into the lowest reaches of the Underworld. The shield was shattered, yet a burning effigy remains, its power still intact. A power sealed within the visage of a monstrous entity even the titans feared. Its might is uncontrollable, and it scarce functions as a manner of defense. Instead, its writhing maw augments its wielder's might, shattering bone and solid rock with little effort, and considerable zeal. I confess I had to look away from it. The family of weapons used to end the Titan-war, the other members of it seem almost alive in their own way; but, there is no almost about this. It instills in me a feeling I would rather leave unnamed. May the next bearer of Aegis meet it on agreeable terms. '
The Shield of Chaos has 4 Aspects: Zagreus, Chaos, Zeus, and Beowulf. Like all other weapons, each Aspect has 5 levels that can be unlocked by spending Titan Blood. The higher the level of the Aspect, the more effective its improvement is. Reaching the highest level in all Aspects requires 51 Titan Blood. An Aspect will not only change the appearance of the Shield of Chaos, but will also improve its attacks. The Aspect of Beowulf has a unique move-set which changes the fighting style of the Shield of Chaos.
