What you need to do is step on the pads to activate them without touching the ground or anything else. There's nothing you can pick up to place on the pads, and using Explosive Gel or any other tool won't trigger them.Nov 14, 2011

Just keep going all the way through. Later on you'll find some explosive gel which will break the smaller ones. Much later on you'll find the batclaw, which can be used to pull out the larger walls.
Find a higher spot close by, get to it, then jump off and do a regular glide into the plywood (Holding A in the Xbox 360 Version). Running into it from the glide will break the plywood, no need to do anything else.Oct 29, 2011

Arkham Knight, and my estimate of the length is around 7-8 hours at the very earliest. According to HowLongToBeat.com, Knight is the longest at around 16 hours average.
It is not coming to PS4 or Xbox One. If you are a Batman fan, Arkham Origins will only be released on the PC, Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360. There will be no next-generation Batman video game this year.

There are three switches on ground level, and one higher up. Start at the top. Sit on the railing, then quickfire a Batarang to trigger the top switch. Now push B/Circle to fall down to ground level, and quickfire 3 more Batarangs. The timing on this is very picky, so it may take a few tries. Once the bottom three switches are activated, the cage opens holding the datapack.
About halfway across the Gotham Pioneers Bridge, on the upper section, is a green switch. Stand on it, and four lights will flash. Throw Batarangs and Remote Batarangs at the four switches, then use the Batclaw to pull the datapack down towards you.
Pull it open, then toss a Remote Batarang into the vent, then guide it towards a switch on the far wall. This will then open the metal bars enough to slide under and get the datapack.
Enigma Datapack 12-3. At the north end of the Gotham Pioneer Bridge, on the left side near the water. This pack is on a wall, protected by a keypad and a scrambler. Use the Disruptor, then hack the keypad to unlock the datapack.
Located on a building in the North section of the Coventry. Use the Batclaw to pull it from the container at a distance. Getting to close will cause the container to shut.
Found in the bottom-left area of the Coventry district. On ground level there is a destructible wall. Use the Explosive Gel to blast it open, and grab the data within.
After the Pioneer Bridge has been ruined by Firefly, this can be obtained on the west side of the brdige. Look for a broken spot where you can get inside. Run down the path then blast apart the wall to get the datapack.
