When you load a previously completed sequence, go into Options, Cheats, and select the cheat you wish to activate. Once you get 100% sync in any sequence besides 9, you get cheats which you can access by going to DNA in the pause menu and selecting any memory that you want.

Once you have unlocked a cheat, you can activate it via the 'cheats' option located inside the Abstergo Challenges menu. Note that whilst these are activated, you will not be able to earn (except for a few exceptions that have us use the cheats as challenges) and will be unable to save the game.
